Kristiina leads the team – this is her day-to-day role as the head of TVO. She possesses a deep understanding of the importance of packaging collection, the sector's planned developments, and the strategies needed to achieve universal sorting among Estonian residents. She is our leadership mastermind.

Silver maintains cooperation – this is his daily work as a service manager. He manages all the services offered by TVO, from glass collection to public packaging points, and creates the best solutions for collecting different types of packaging. He is our solutions guru.

Laura is dedicated to environmental protection – this is her daily work as an environmental specialist. She manages all of TVO's data analytics, tracking the amount of packaging placed on the market by each client and the subsequent collection and recycling rates. She is our system mastermind.

Gaili maintains relationships – this is her daily work as a marketing and communications manager. She knows how and to whom to talk about TVO and puts all our messages into the appropriate form. She is our communication wizard.

Aire takes care of clients – this is her daily work as a client manager/account manager. She knows exactly which invoice has been issued to which client and for what. She is our numbers expert.

Kristi oversees service operations – this is her daily work as a service manager. Her primary focus is on managing recycling certificates and tracking the quantity and type of material collected and recycled. She is our service management specialist.

Siiri maintains and develops the service – this is her daily work as a service development manager. She knows where, how, and with whose help all those thousands of packaging containers are emptied. She ensures that both local governments (KOVid) and the population are satisfied with the packaging disposal options. She is our service strategist.
